Inquiry-Waste Not Want Not.

For the past term in Rimu, we have been learning about Waste Not Want Not. This Inquiry topic is about rubbish and pollutions around the world and everything else to do with rubbish. We had to make a workbook for all of our facts and information. When we get to the point when we have to make a poster, it has to look something like this...(disclaimer, it looks like this because that is my topic.) If you can still remember the "Digi Awards 2018!?" post, this is the real boat that I went to see! The whole story from this fabulous adventure is,  the "My Not So Boring Holidays" post to find out more! Anyway, It was a little feature in my poster and it has a Facts Section about the boat. once we've finished with the poster, we make our own inquiry project. I can't wait to finish this poster!

Inquiry WOW Project (World of Wearable Arts)

For the next 3 weeks, Rimu will be working on some Recycled costumes. We have three themes,: Nature, Cultural, Space, Underwater and, Future. My group is working on a planet orbitation

Mind Mapping

On Wednesday the 5th, in Rimu we have a new inquiry topic called "A Waste Of Time". Today we had to make a mind map about a topic that they chose for the whole group. We could either do it in pairs or by ourselves. I chose to work with my friend Toby D. The group's topic was land pollution. Here is my mind map.

My writing was in the blue and Toby's was the red writing. Those were all my drawings on the sides. A mind map is similar to information web but you only branch out downwards not to the sides. If you know more about this, please give me some feedback.
