Lego Information

Hello fellow Bloggers!
I'm back with another exciting post from YMS Rimu Class!
Today's Blog Post is going to be about some LEGO Information!

Did you know that if you have 6 2x4 Lego bricks, you can make over 100 different combinations!
The 2x4 LEGO brick is the most common LEGO piece that it's actually the LEGO logo.

LEGO bricks are available in 53 different colors. 19 billion LEGO elements are produced every year. 2.16 million LEGO elements are molded every hour, or 36,000 per minute. More than 400 billion LEGO bricks have been produced since 1949. Which in fact I have a video about how it started.

Amazing right? It's so much progress they have made from just being a wood miller to a full grown factory producing 36,000 bricks per minute. but now with technology, everything is way different.
That's all I have to say for now. Please leave a comment down below.

Home Learning Post

What do you think is the best age? That's what i'm here to answer. Last night, I asked my parents what they think the best age is and why they think that. I said 2 was the best age because, you would forget bad things that happened to you and don't have to do anything. Mom said that she thought 21 was the best age when she was my age. (11) She thought this because it meant she'd be a grown up and could do whatever she wanted. But now she's 37 and thinks that 11 would be the best age, cause she could just lay around and play video games, watch YouTube and not work, cook or clean. (She wrote that.) Dad said that the best age is 23 because he was old enough to be experienced, not to old and makes him a young adult. Please comment down below what you think the best age is. That's all I have to say for now. Blog you later!

Lego Techniques

Hello fellow Bloggers!
I'm back with another exciting post from YMS Rimu Class!
Today's Blog Post is going to be about some Lego Techniques.

Some of these you might already know about. Others might be new to you.
Comment down below some other things you might know about.

Hope you like them. (I only had 5 minutes to make this so, please do.)
The Lego Ball. This is a cool little toy to just fiddle with in your hands.

Some sort of Pattern. I think this is a brick pattern for the pathways I guess.

A Beautiful Cherry Blossom. My favorite type of tree in the world. Don't you guys agree? Lots of little flowers.

Leggo My Eggo! This is just for fun. Whoever made this is really good at making my mouth water.

That's all I have to say for now. Please send me some feedback on this post. Comment down below your techniques. Blog you later!

Can you teach your parent something you have learnt in school? That's what i'm here to figure out today. Well I can. I had to teach my Mom Linear equations. For those of you who don't know what a linear equation is, it is basically algebra. Here is an example :

you have n amount of money.

n4 + 12 = 25
25 - 12 = 13
n4 = 13
13 / 4 = 3.25
n = 3.25

Now try to do one on your own. Can you make your own linear equation?
Please send me some feedback on this post. Comment down below your equations. Blog you later!

It's... Wig Wednesday!

Hello fellow Bloggers!
I'm back with another exciting post from YMS Rimu Class!
Today's Blog Post is going to be about Wig Wednesday!

For those who don't know what Wig Wednesday is for/about, it helps raise awareness and
support for Child Cancer. In 2018 over 400 hundred New Zealand schools, businesses, and community groups helped raise over $100,000. In just one Year! That's about $0.94 per day!

And today my school earned $136.20. That's not that much come to think of it.
Anyway, that's enough about money. It was such an exciting day today except one part i'm not going to talk about. Nothing really changed except that we wore wigs. Here are some photos. :)

I came in late and I'm wearing a silver wig. Please give me some feedback if your school did this too. That's all I have to say for now. See you in the next Post. Bye!

What is the CBS?

Hello fellow Bloggers!
I'm back with another exciting post from YMS Rimu Class!
Today's Blog Post is going to be about what the CBS is.

For those who don't know what the CBS is, and thank you Hazel from Pt England School for asking what it is.
It is a time where you bring in some of your amazing Lego creations and, basically just to show off what you can do. There are over 200 exhibitors and a shop to buy some sets there.

You can get lots of inspiration off of what they made and try to use that technique with some of your own builds.

You can do whatever you want to build and show it the best. As a looker, you get a puzzle piece and each table has a bucket. What you do with it is you; choose a cool build and put it in. This acts as a vote. same with exhibitors, except with a 1x4 brick.

That's all I have to say for now. Horncastle Arena, July 13th - July 14th. Be there and see cool things!
Good Bye!
